If you can read this, then you have a brain. That is a good thing.
Brains help you to think, they help you to not walk into walls and sometimes they can remember things. Brains also look after your feelings.
Something it took me a long time to learn is this, how you feel, has heaps to do with how healthy you are, and how healthy you are has heaps to do with how good you feel.
If you ever find yourself feeling stressed, or anxious or depressed or embarrassed or angry or pretty much anything, then one of the best things you can do is exercise. But it is hard to get motivated.
